By accessing or using Zenvest ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
2. Nature of the Service
Zenvest is an investment research and information platform. It provides data, AI-generated analysis, news summaries, and research tools for Indian financial markets. The Platform is not a stock broker, investment advisor, portfolio management service, or any other regulated financial service. We are not registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) as an investment advisor or research analyst.
3. No Financial Advice
Nothing on Zenvest constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. All content — including AI-generated analysis, stock research, IPO ratings, mutual fund data, and commodity prices — is for informational and educational purposes only. You should not make any investment decisions based solely on information obtained from Zenvest. Always consult a qualified and SEBI-registered investment advisor before making investment decisions.
4. Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Zenvest makes no warranties or representations as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on the Platform. Market data may be delayed. AI-generated analysis may contain errors. NAV data is sourced from AMFI and may reflect the previous business day. We are not liable for any decisions made based on data obtained from this Platform.
5. User Accounts
You may create an account using Google Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, and AI-generated analysis on Zenvest is the property of Zenvest and its creator, Sri Varun Sai Krishna Siddineni. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zenvest, its founder, and its team shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or investments, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Platform.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
